Târgu Mureş, University Press, 2020 ISBN 978-973-169-651-5 ”Foreword Simply said, clinical psychology (i.e.., medical psychology) is the most representative branch of psychology, in terms of interesting/ students/professionals/ funds, dealing with the psychological factors involved in health and illness/disorder. The current clinical psychology science is strongly framed in the evidence-based model and in a multilevel paradigm (e.g., from genetic to biology to psychology and psycho-cultural aspects). The current book is rigorous in reflecting the current state of the clinical psychology field and also new trends in the field. Indeed, the chapters are generally based adequately on data/rigorous evidence, thus preserving the evidence-based model. Moreover, the whole book reflects the multilevel paradigm. And this is not easy, as in such a paradigm one must rigorously reflect each level, but also present complex interrelations among different levels. While Section 1 of the book interestingly presents interrelations among various levels of analysis (e.g.,genetic/biological/psychological), Section 2 is more focused on the core psychological factors, while Sections 3 and 4 move the analyses to social-cultural components of various psychological phenomena. Overall, this is an interesting book, I strongly recommend it for students/professionals in allied fields (e.g., medicine), alongside with professionals in clinical/health psychology and counseling/psychotherapy. Bazat pe un vast material documentar descoperit în arhive şi în presa vremii, volumul impresionează prin efortul de reconstituire a unui aspect mai puțin frecventat de către istorici și anume fenomenul economic la baza lui - unităţile de producţie, comerţ, servicii, finanţe - individuale şi sociale – care ocupă un loc restrâns în istoriografia românească. The author, professor of history, graduate of the Faculty of Philosophy at the "Babeș-Bolyai" University of Cluj-Napoca not only conducts a study dedicated to one of the most important production units in Târgu-Mureş, but also a large fresco of the city’s society in the period between the two world wars, with insertions in the social, cultural and political sphere of the time. Based on a vast documentary material discovered in archives and in the press of the time, the volume impresses by the effort to reconstruct an aspect less addressed by historians, namely the economic phenomenon at its base - the production, trade, services, and finance units - individual and social - which occupy a small place in Romanian historiography.

Ediție anastatică Îngrijire și cuvânt înainte: Dimitrie Poptămaș Studiu introductiv: Cornel Sigmirean „Petru Maior" University Press, 2017 ISBN 978-606-581-132-4 (ilustrații color) Volumul tipărit în ediție anastatică, respectă fidel conținutul, caracterul literelor și grafica ediției din anul 1900 a lucrării realizate de către istoricului Augustin Bunea. La textul anastatic se adaugă o Prefață, semnată de Dimitrie Poptămaș, și o Istorie a Arhiepiscopiei de Alba Iulia și Făgăraș (1700-1948) semnată de prof. univ. dr. Cornel Sigmirean. The volume printed in anastatic edition, respects the content, the character of the letters and the graphics of the 1900 edition made by the historian Augustin Bunea. Besides the original text, this edition includes also a Preface, signed by Dimitrie Poptămaș, along with a History of the Archdiocese of Alba Iulia and Făgăraș (1700-1948), signed by Cornel Sigmirean.

Într-o ordine aleatorie, sunt comentate pentru început dominantele structurale de tip obsesiv ale personalității care pot fi – în diferite contexte – adaptative sau maladaptative şi pot întreţine şi conduite compulsive de tipul jocului de noroc patologic. The book explores, in an anthropological dimension, the human personality. It brings together a team of specialists gathered within the Romanian Personality Study Association. In the beginning the obsessive structural dominances of the personality are commented, which can be - in different contexts - adaptive or maladaptive and can also maintain compulsive behaviors, such as pathological gambling.
