The volume represents the translation of the work published in 2015 at University Press, The Illusion of Immortality. This book aims to bring to the reader's attention a topic of great relevance, the end of life and what is beyond it, through the prism of the scientist and the doctor who many times witnessed the separation of the individual from his physical body and his transition into another dimension. The "ILLUSION OF IMMORTALITY" is a conciliation based on scientific evidence of years of discussion and controversy about what life and death are, and what remains or awaits us beyond it.
